Group Classes

P13 50 minute reformer classes are designed to concentrate on the fundamentals of Pilates, whils giving you an energising full body workout.  

Our classes are uniquely developed using a fusion of traditional and dynamic reformer Pilates, centred on form, strength and alignment. 

Small group classes in an intimate setting; with a maximum of 5-6 participants ensures that each individual receives dedicated attention and avoids any injuries. 


P13 Reformer 

Our signature P13 reformer classes ranges from levels intermediate- advanced. Designed to motivate and challenge with a focus on technique, alignment and strength. Refine your skills on the reformer whilst sculpting the body, Building up coordination, flexibility, balance and control.

We combine a dynamic flow with an emphasis on the core to deliver transformational results. Expect a total body workout that incorporates the reformer and additional equipment, to target and engage specific areas of the body.


An essential starting point for new P13 members, learn the basics and understand how to navigate the reformer equipment. Master the initial principals of Pilates to prepare for the next level of classes.

We recommend taking minimum 3-5 beginner classes before moving onto the next level.

Memberships are a monthly payment plan- these are the best value for money. 
A credit card is needed for your automated monthly payment, each month your class membership amount reactives ready for you to book your classes. 
There is a 6 month commitment period to our memberships, after the 6 months your membership will auto renew. If you wish to end your membership we require one full calendar month notice, please send the email to info@pilates13.com.

-Each group session is 50 minutes

-No extensions on packages unless you provide a doctors medical note.
-No pausing of memberships unless a doctors medical note.
-Cancellation policy for all bookings is 24 hours.
-Once a class is booked if you require to change the class time please do so within the cancellation policy time or you will be charged.
-If you are on the waiting list for a class and get added to the class and do not show this is a late cancel. Please remove yourself from the waiting list if you know you can not make it on time. 
-Grip socks are mandatory for safety and hygiene purpose. Available to buy at the studio or online.

-Any injuries we recommend starting with personal training. Please inform us if you have any injuries or if you are pregnant before you take any session with us.
