Our certified and specialised trainers are fully equipped to rehabilitate after injury. We have experience working with breast cancer patients, clients with scoliosis or spinal and knee issues. Designing a functional recovery programme specific to the client, by using the core principals of Pilates, building the strength and confidence so they can move pain free.
