REHABILITATION

Our certified and specialised trainers are fully equipped to rehabilitate after injury. We have experience working with breast cancer patients, clients with scoliosis or spinal and knee issues. Designing a functional recovery programme specific to the client, by using the core principals of Pilates, building the strength and confidence so they can move pain free.

PRE / POST NATAL

We will help you prepare for your labour and help you return to form after. 

Stay active and mobilised for a healthy pregnancy with private sessions in a safe environment. Boost energy levels and strengthen the body as it goes through physiological changes, work 1-1 with a certified trainer of your choice as we help you prepare for childbirth. 

Restore fitness and form after childbirth with a bespoke programme to fit in with your new lifestyle post pregnancy.
